About the Job 
You’ll assist us to manage, monitor and control the operation of all DC/SC/SP. Moreover, you also will assist to conduct regular stock and operation audits of all channels, to guide and assist channels to achieve the sales target and to ensure full operational and procedural compliance.

What’s Your Mission
 

Primary Role

• Accountable for the DC, eSP, RC, eStore or POS Sales Development.

• Accountable for the DC/eSP Set Up.

• Accountable for the RC/SC Set Up.

• Ensure DC’s financial management is well monitored & controlled.

• Ensure DC Stock is well managed & controlled.

• Ensure DC Daily Operational Process is in compliance with company standard procedure.

• Ensure continuous improvement in DC Image & Facilities.

• To ensure DC/SC always practice good Customer Service.

• To enhance DC/SC/SP product knowledge and customer service skills.

• To enhance DC/SC/SP product knowledge and customer service skills.

• As SC/RC staff replacement.

  • Must always be ready to replace SC/RC staff whenever the SC/RC assistant is on long leave or MC.

Requirements 

• At least Diploma, Bachelor's degree in any field.

• At least having experience in the retailing field.

• Able to work according to retail hours including weekends & public holidays.

• Having leadership skills and mentor the team

• Charismatic, hardworking and able to commit as part of the retail team.

• Possess transport for traveling and transfer.
