If you purchased the products at West Malaysia's price, you can only collect it from the West Malaysia Distribution Center and vice versa.
You will receive an SMS/WhatsApp message regarding your collection after the payment is successful. Please present your Collection Code & Ack Doc no. to the staff when collecting at the center.
You may ask a representative to collect on your behalf. Do provide them with the Collection Code , so that the staff will be able to verify your order. If the Collection Code is wrong/not provided, you will not be able to collect the order.
You have 30 days from the date of payment to collect your products.
We highly recommend contacting the center's staff to confirm that your products are ready for collection.
Once your order is confirmed, you won’t be able to change to a different delivery method.
