About the Job 
You’ll be responsible for the outlet's daily business operations which include sales, customer service, image and logistics.

Primary Role

  1. To achieve outlet monthly sales target set for the year
    • To sell and promote CNI products to walk-in customers & distributors
    • To provide accurate product knowledge as and when needed.
    • To attend to the customers’ purchase promptly and satisfactorily.
    • To display and promote new products and monthly promotional items
    • To perform cross selling of goods to customers base on the monthly promotion and sales campaign
  1. Ensure good customer service
    • To ensure uninterrupted customers’ service at all times.
    • To issue an accurate Invoice (Registration, Maintenance, Renewal).
    • To collect the exact payments from customers and ensure sufficient supply of small change to customers.
    • To pick and release the correct goods and correct quantity as per Invoice to the customers.
    • To attend to the customers’ enquiries & requests promptly.
    • To serve customers politely and with a smiling face.
    • To conduct Customer Satisfaction Survey as and when required.
    • To update company latest information relating to promotion and campaign to leaders and customers via telephone, WhatsApp and social media.
  1. Ensure accuracy of processing and timely submission of SSA Report
    • To ensure to run daily SSA with accurate listing of mode of payments
    • To check and match the daily collections with the total MP in the SSA report.
    • Print SSA Report and submit to HQ account department with correct amount of payment (include cash vouchers if any). To submit at least once or twice per week depending on the total sales generated.
    • To bank in all daily sales collection to company account as per the schedule set by RO
    • To promptly submit the O2O membership registration forms to CSS by the end of every month.
  1. Ensure good stock management and control
    • To ensure sufficient stock ie. Finished goods & Sales Aid Items at all times at the Service Centre.
    • To monitor and record all damaged or slow-moving goods that are returned to the Warehouse.
    • To record and return all promotional goods to the Warehouse immediately after the promotion ends.
    • To check all goods received are in accordance with the Consignment Note and in good condition.
    • To check all goods received do not have a near expiry date.
    • To keep track of all stock movements and sales in the Service Centre.
    • To inform the authorised Retail Operation in charge of any discrepancy or problems with the goods received that is not in accordance with the consignment note by raising SDF.
    • To practice the FIFO (First In, First Out) system.
    • To ensure all goods are in good and saleable condition.
    • To conduct a physical inventory for finished goods on a monthly basis.
    • To compensate the company for any goods shortage due to self-negligence.
  1. Ensure good documentation and filing records at the service centre.
    • To ensure to file up all void Tax Invoices in chronological order.
    • To ensure to file all SC correspondences such as CNI Express, SSA Report.
    • To ensure to file all the Despatch notes as Delivery order or return goods to the warehouse.
    • To ensure to file all Distributor Claim Form and SDF.
    • To file all the GTN and GRI files.
    • To keep a file for miscellaneous documents such as letters of correspondence with HQ, government, etc.
    • To file all daily bank slips.
  1. Duplication of company updates and product knowledge to CBO.
    • To equip well with product knowledge of both existing and new products through training, CNI Syok, CNI Express, briefings by RO in charge.
    • Regular access to DC e-Ordering file, WhatsApp and company Facebook for latest updates.
    • To share the latest information and updates to leaders and customers.
  1. Conduct meeting and sales activities at SC
    • To work and co-ordinate with RO in charge and BLD or BDP executives to organise activities at SC such as PKP, Hari Pelanggan, etc.
    • To assist, call and inform local customers and leaders to attend activities conducted by the company.
  1. Upkeep company images
    • To ensure the store is always clean, tidy and well maintained.
    • To ensure to change the shopping environment by constantly changing the shelves product display with new ideas and creativity.
    • To innovatively decorate the store during the seasonal festival.
    • To ensure the display shelves must be fully filled with products. No empty shelf is allowed.
  1. Full compliance with the company's code of conduct and discipline.
    • To be punctual for daily duties and all company functions.
    • To comply with the rules and SOP set for daily store operation.
    • To ensure to wear proper attire and properly groomed for daily duties.
    • To be cost conscious at all times to minimise operation expenses.
    • To keep all recyclable cartons and return to HQ such as all coffee carton boxes.
    • To ensure the alarm system is working at all times.
    • To set the alarm before going back home.
    • To perform ad hoc duties as required by the company.

Requirements 

  • SPM holder and above.
  • Pleasant personality.
  • Physical effort required to perform the job/ task- walking/ standing, lifting, pulling/ pushing.
  • Have good health.
  • Ability in doing sales will be an added advantage.
  • Able to start immediately will be an added advantage.
