NEXT GEN LEADERS | 01 Jan 2022 | 162 Views

PAM Then Yi Shan

Sri Aman, Sarawak

28 years old

I joined CNI after graduating from high school. In addition to using CNI products, I also participated in training and seminars in my spare time. During the holidays, I followed my mother and leaders to the suburbs to serve customers. Seeing customers recovering from illnesses, low income people earning prosperity, and satisfied customers sharing product experience have all inspired me to engage in CNI's health business. I am glad that my efforts have been fruitful and now I am a Pearl Agency Manager. Everyone around me is my idol and mentor, encouraging me to become better. For the future, I hope to achieve the Car Fund Incentive in the next five years and take my CNI career to the next level! As a next generation leader in Malaysia, being multilingual is a strength which allows us to expand into the multi-racial market much easier. Apart from language fluency, it is also important to have the right services in place, online or offline, and to continuously learn and self-improve to keep up with the times and explore a larger market.

In direct selling, you must be willing to share and deal with people in order to develop a network. If you want to be successful, dare to try new things and take the first step. Don’t marvel at other’s success, you will feel obscure.  Remember, everyone has their own shining moment!

At the end of 2015, I was recommended by my upline to attend the Agency Manager Seminar (AMS). During AMS, I met a group of caring people and realized that self creation is endless, so I joined CNI in January 2016. In CNI, I’ve learned that in order to be successful, apart from  team spirit, we must always be keen to keep improving in order to bring ourselves closer to our goals. CNI’s CEO, Kelvin Koh, and Executive Directors, Louis Chu and Chan Kok Liang, are my idols in  terms of learning to lead an organization which is similar to leading a company. Leaders must have leadership spirit and learn from other successful leaders.

My next goal is to be promoted as a Pearl Agency Manager, to cultivate 2 AMs, and also to win an overseas Winners’ Trip Incentive for two. I am also looking forward to become a Car Fund Achiever. As long as we have confidence in ourselves, we CAN do it! See you at the top!

I join CNI to overcome my financial issues as I can see the potential to generate income through CNI during the COVID-19 pandemic. I’ve been active since 26 November 2020 and now I’m a Ruby Agency Manager. I’m still a teenager, but I’m working hard because I aim to be the youngest Car Fund Achiever in CNI and to develop the potential of more youngsters in my organisation to be just as successful. Actually, business has been in my blood since 12 years old as I used to help around in a catering business. I began to realise, then, that being employed limits our income, whereas in business, our income is limitless. My bonus in CNI increased from 3 digits to 4 digits quickly and I’m glad that I can afford to pay for a new motorcycle worth RM12,000 in cash. This is the type of business opportunity that I would like to share many youth out there so that they, too, can be independent and enjoy a better life. I’m inspired by DDAM Kushairy Bujang because he is very supportive in motivating youths to become independent entrepreneurs.

Self-confidence is an important factor to become a successful entrepreneur because when we are self-assured of our potential, we will generate a positive vibe that can convince our prospects and customers. Success is ageless; it’s all about having the right attitude and the willingness to learn new skills.

AM ATHIRAH ZULKIFLY

CNI has been a part of my life since the age of 2; in fact I grew up with CNI products in CNI big family. Although I have a diploma in engineering, my soul is inclined to business. I’ve chosen CNI because of its fair and practical business plan. Its cash, travel, car and asset incentives are also attractive to me. In addition, CNI’s HALAL certified products makes it easier for me to market theminmy community. At the beginning, I was just a product user but in early 2019 my focus shifted to becoming an active CBO after I joined the Y.E.S Seminar. My motivation in becoming a successful entrepreneur is to inspire my peers to follow in my footsteps.  In fact, there are already some successful young entrepreneurs in CNI’s big family who inspire me to challenge my self-potential. My idol is definitely my mother, Hjh. Siti Rawan Ahmad, who has a steely spirit, never gives up, and always encourage me by saying  "you can do it!"

I aspire to become a role model of a successful entrepreneur in CNI who can inspire more younsters to improve their quality of life, while at the same time indulge in my passion to travel with my spouse. In CNI, anyone can make his/her dreams come true with a positive mindset, strong team spirit, perseverance and being resourceful.
